What a way to kick off 2020! This was recorded in late December with Dwayne Harris, the founder of WFC Gym. Dwayne has been involved in martial arts for 28 years, and in 2015 decided to follow that passion and start WFC in Ferntree Gully.

Throughout the episode, we go through the journey from concept to almost 500 members and two gyms, touching on marketing, gaining and retaining customers, differentiating in a saturated market, and maintaining the culture and environment of the gym – for staff, trainers and customers.
